Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Lee's Summit, MO

$18 ‒ $20 Hourly

1X Plastics distributes plastic products to OEMs, and national retailers.

Job Summary:  The Warehouse Support responsibilities include LTL and TL shipping and receiving, small parcel shipping, administrative support duties and keeping inventory organized. A primary focus is on managing the daily pick and pack operation. This included picking, packing and processing UPS shipments daily. Attention to detail and order processing accuracy are skills vital to this position.

Essential Job Functions:

• Unload inbound shipments, check inbound materials in, and move materials to pallet racking.
• Prepare outbound shipments, and ensure all proper documentation is attached to shipments.
• Inbound and outbound shipments include small parcel, full truckload, and LTL.
• Process packages via the UPS WorldShip small parcel shipping terminal.
• Load and unload small parcel and truck shipments.
• Job duties can be changed at any time.

Knowledge, Skill and Experience Required:

• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and be able to bend and reach overhead.
• Be organized with attention to detail.
• Experience using a pallet jack and forklift.
• Minimum Education High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background in distribution center or warehouse operations.
• Proficient in picking & packing techniques.
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to read and write in English and understand Basic Math.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm, with occasional overtime

Experience: Warehouse: 1 year (Required), Forklift: 1 year (Required)
