UCSB Influencer, Affiliate & Campus Marketing Intern (Native-level English)

(Remote, 2-6 months, unpaid internship)

Geo target: Santa Barbara, Goleta, Isla Vista, Montecito

Are you passionate about UGC, influencer marketing, and affiliates? Do you want to see how influencer and affiliate marketing work from the brand side, to kickstart your career in digital marketing or optimize your results as an influencer?

We are searching for an intern passionate about influencer and affiliate marketing, who is already active as a content creator, and can be our expert for campus marketing at UCSB. The successful candidate will create branded content for internal feedback. Some of this UGC may also be selected to be used on official FOREO channels. The intern will also help to identify relevant partners. The focus is 100% on the US market, ideally with a strong local focus in Santa Barbara, to identify micro-influencers that can partner with us on an affiliate basis. Candidates with an active panhellenic life, or membership in similar organizations, would be a natural fit, because they can easily identify potential partners among their existing network of friends and peers.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Eagerness to create engaging video content, that will receive internal feedback, and may be selected to be used on official FOREO channels

• Willingness to learn new skills

• Native-level English

• Ideally, a good knowledge of local micro-influencers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create engaging video content

• Optimize engagement: create content that informs and inspires people about wellbeing news and trends

• Identify potential partners, with a local focus

• Be punctual and accurate: working schedule is remote and flexible, and there are weekly deliverables to achieve. Missing deadlines without prior communication, or missing multiple deadlines, voids the internship
