Job Description

The Patrick Dealer Group is looking to hire a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our Hyundai Parts and Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely shipment and receipt of goods, maintaining inventory records, and coordinating with various departments to support operational efficiency. Full Time - Monday – Friday

6:30 AM – 3:00PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
• Prepare and pack outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain inventory records and update the inventory management system.
• Coordinate with vendors and carriers for shipment scheduling and tracking.
• Perform regular inventory audits and report discrepancies.
• Ensure the shipping and receiving area is organized, clean, and safe.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with clean and unsuspended driving record for past 36 months.
• Submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Proven experience in shipping and receiving or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• RF Scanner experience a plus
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs.).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
