Magic Dust Cleaning is a Miami-based residential cleaning service specializing in standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleans. We provide high-quality, reliable cleaning services to homes across Miami, and we’re growing quickly!
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Inbound Calls & Customer Support:** Answer and manage inbound calls, assist customers with bookings and inquiries.
* **Lead Follow-Up:** Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and continued business.
* **CRM Management:** Data entry and keeping CRM records up-to-date.
* **Relationship Building:** Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* **Cold Calling:** B2B lead generation via cold calling, targeting realtors and other potential partners.
* **Scheduling & Coordination:** Help customers book appointments and manage schedules.
**Requirements:**
* **Bilingual:** Fluent in both **Spanish and English**.
* **Experience:** At least **2 years of experience** in sales and customer service.
* **Tech Setup:** Must have a **fast internet connection**, **backup connection**, and **two monitors**.
* **Organized:** Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
* **Sales Skills:** Proven experience in sales with a focus on customer service and relationship-building.
