We’re looking for a sales-focused Store Manager who’s ready to take leadership of a location and join our team! If you have smoke shop experience and a strong work ethic, this is your opportunity to step into a leadership role with flexibility and support.

Requirements:

• 21+ years old

• 2+ years of smoke shop experience

• 2+ years managing people or processes, preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Reliable transportation

• Flexibility for occasional schedule adjustments during staffing gaps

Key Responsibilities:

• Train, schedule, and lead a high performing retail team

• Manage day to day operations including sales tracking, reports, inventory, and cash handling

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally

• Monitor sales goals and help drive store performance

• Collaborate with upper management on staffing, promotions, and store strategy

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs during shifts
