And do you want to take your management and client service skills to the next level at a large, internationally operating company? As a Team Leader Operations (Healthcare) at UPS, you manage a team of about 20 warehouse employees. You will be working for the UPS Healthcare global business unit, the youngest member of the UPS family. **What you'll do** As a Team Leader, you organize and optimize the daily logistics operation managing inbound, outbound and customer service activities. You ensure that processes are understood and followed and that orders are processed accurately. It is also your responsibility to achieve the agreed performance, of course, following compliance and safety regulations. New customers? Then it's your job to take care of the operational onboarding. High quality in your work is essential to you: you are constantly looking for ways to improve various activities and processes. In addition, you supervise the warehouse employees.
