Galli Law, PLLC is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to attorneys and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our law firm. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of legal terminology and processes.

This is a full-time position (40 hours weekly) with a starting pay range of $18-20 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Manage attorney calendars, appointments, and schedules
  • Prepare and edit correspondence
  • Assist with client communication and maintain positive client relations
  • Conduct general office duties including filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Organize and maintain case files and legal documents
  • Coordinate meetings, depositions, and hearings
  • Provide support for billing and invoicing procedures
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a legal environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and document types is a plus
