Compensation & Schedule
• $18–20/hour
• Must be available for ANY shift between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)
• W2, Seasonal temporary
• Interviews start week of 07/28
ROLE IMPACT
As an Access Advocate, you'll play a critical role in patient care coordination by verifying benefits and collecting missing insurance details. Your work directly supports timely service delivery during a high-impact seasonal program. This remote position requires independent focus, accuracy, and professional phone communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to gather missing benefit information
• Complete verifications using internal systems and payer tools
• Escalate trends or processing delays to leadership
• Maintain professional communication with both patients and internal teams
• Interpret insurance data and follow SOPs accurately
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years in a healthcare customer service/admin role (CNA experience will not qualify you for this role)
• High school diploma or GED
• Must reside in TX, NC, SC, TN, KY, IN, GA, or AZ
• Strong computer navigation, data entry, and phone etiquette skills
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• CRM or benefit verification platforms
• Phone-based contact systems
• Typing and clerical assessments (pre-start)
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Familiarity with medical or pharmacy insurance
• Remote work experience
• Comfortable with seasonal roles and flexible scheduling
