**Role Overview** **Sodexo Energy & Resource** is seeking a **Facilities/Engineering Operations Manager II** for an **Oil & Gas client in EL Segundo, CA** . The ideal candidate will maximize the value of the client's assets and achieve the operational and financial goals and objectives by developing, implementing, and executing an overall Strategic Plan for each property and the portfolio.Sodexo Energy & Resource teams deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to diverse locations. From headquarters to offshore rigs, our integrated facilities management, dining and 24/7 hospitality offerings are designed to meet your offshore and onshore service needs. **What You'll Do** + Lead coordination, delivery, and quality assurance of maintenance services, ensuring adherence to client standards and performance expectations + Oversee audit and control systems to ensure compliance with statutory, policy, and contractual obligations + Develop financial plans for cost control/reduction and ensure achievement of financial goals + Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and support to promote best practices, training, and staff recognition + Build and maintain relationships with facility team leaders, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic goals + Drive continuous improvement, monitor subcontractor performance, and ensure compliance with SLAs & KPIs **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
