**Role Overview** **Sodexo Energy & Resource** is seeking a **Facilities/Engineering Operations Manager II** for an **Oil & Gas client in EL Segundo, CA** . From headquarters to offshore rigs, our integrated facilities management, dining and 24/7 hospitality offerings are designed to meet your offshore and onshore service needs. **What You'll Do** + Lead coordination, delivery, and quality assurance of maintenance services, ensuring adherence to client standards and performance expectations + Oversee audit and control systems to ensure compliance with statutory, policy, and contractual obligations + Develop financial plans for cost control/reduction and ensure achievement of financial goals + Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and support to promote best practices, training, and staff recognition + Build and maintain relationships with facility team leaders, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic goals + Drive continuous improvement, monitor subcontractor performance, and ensure compliance with SLAs & KPIs **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
