Your Daily Responsibilities

• Engage in sophisticated maintenance tasks and independently troubleshoot and resolve intricate equipment challenges.
• Keep meticulous records of spare parts inventory, ensuring seamless operations.
• Champion cleanliness and orderliness in all workspaces, ensuring they're pristine post-shift.
• Craft and uphold comprehensive training programs to broaden your team's expertise in maintenance and plant operations.
• Uphold compliance with relevant regulations and corporate standards while developing and refining operational guides.
• Devise advanced strategies for troubleshooting and analyze failures to identify root causes.
• Assign daily tasks to technicians, monitoring progress to maintain schedule integrity.
• Oversee external contractors to ensure projects align with objectives.
• Initiate cross-departmental efforts to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
• Be a champion for HSE, Lean Principles, and embody our Vision in every task.
• Participate in additional projects that align with your role's scope.

Are You the One?

• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bring over eight years of relevant experience or training in fields such as Utility or Process Equipment Maintenance, Control Systems, HVAC, or Fire Systems Maintenance.
• Excel in effective communication and decisive problem-solving.
• Familiar with operational processes, systems, and resource management.
• Comfortable with technology and computer systems.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
• Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
