Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Remote Enrollment Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for actively engaging with potential patients, educating them on our specialized medical services, guiding them through the enrollment process, and ensuring a positive and efficient experience. This is a fully remote, performance-driven position requiring excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of the healthcare enrollment process.
Responsibilities:
Outreach and Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential patients through various channels (e.g., phone, email, virtual meetings) to introduce WeCare Medical Specialty Group and our services.
Needs Assessment: Effectively listen to and understand the individual needs and healthcare requirements of prospective patients.
Service Education: Clearly and accurately explain our specialized medical services, their benefits, and how they can address the patient's needs.
Enrollment Guidance: Guide potential patients through the enrollment process, providing clear instructions, answering questions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Relationship Building: Build rapport and establish trust with prospective patients to facilitate a positive enrollment experience.
Compliance Adherence: Ensure all enrollment activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations, privacy policies (e.g., HIPAA), and internal guidelines.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with potential patients and the status of their enrollment.
Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed established enrollment targets and performance metrics.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure a smooth and coordinated enrollment process.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by potential patients during the enrollment process.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the enrollment process and provide feedback to the team.
Staying Informed: Stay up-to-date on WeCare Medical Specialty Group's services, enrollment procedures, and any relevant changes in the healthcare landscape.
Technology Proficiency: Utilize CRM systems, communication tools, and other relevant technologies effectively to manage leads and track progress.
Qualifications:
Work Permit/Citizenship: Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit allowing employment in the United States.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales, enrollment, patient outreach, or customer service role within the healthcare industry. Experience with medical specialty groups or enrollment processes is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Empathy and Patience: Demonstrated empathy and patience when interacting with individuals navigating healthcare decisions.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote environment.
