**Job Title: Die Cast Manager** **Job Description** We are seeking a Die Cast Manager responsible for operating machines to manufacture die cast components specifically for the aerospace and defense industries. This role also includes managerial responsibilities within the die cast department. **Responsibilities** + Operate die cast machines to manufacture components for aerospace and defense sectors. + Manage and oversee the die cast department to ensure efficient operations. + Conduct inspections to maintain quality standards. + Coordinate and implement operational procedures and policies. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in die cast operations. + Experience in machine operation related to die casting. + Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and practices. + Ability to conduct thorough inspections. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in the aerospace sector is preferred. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic work environment that offers a supportive company culture with an emphasis on career growth and development. Employees are guaranteed 15 hours of work, with flexibility to work on Saturdays. Initial training may occur on the 1st shift, from 6 AM to 4:30 PM. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glendale, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
