You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team of creatives that values curiosity, originality, and kindness. You’ll have the chance to expand beyond copy—thinking big-picture with conceptual work across campaign videos, earned activations, and more.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop big, bold ideas for social campaigns that create real conversations and community engagement
• Own and maintain the client’s brand voice across multiple platforms and deliverables
• Write smart, sharp, and culturally in-tune content that people want to engage with
• Confidently present ideas to clients, articulating the strategy behind your concepts
• Collaborate with account teams, strategists, producers, planners, analysts, and PR professionals to deliver compelling, insight-led work
• Coordinate production timelines and schedules with project managers and vendors
• Prepare, refine, and lead client-facing creative presentations
• Work efficiently with internal teams and outside partners to complete projects on time and on budget

What You Bring:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or social media
• Strong writing skills—from concise, witty copy to more thoughtful long-form storytelling
• Top-notch grammar, proofreading, and editing abilities
• A genuine love for creativity and a willingness to dive in and make great things
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and how to create for each
• Naturally trend-savvy with an eye for what’s new and what’s next
• Strategic thinker with creative vision
• Confident communicator and presenter
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-moving setting

Compensation:
Salary range: $56,000 to $83,000 annually .
Final salary placement depends on several factors such as education, skills, experience, certifications, geographic location, job performance, and company needs.
