ANDRITZ Metals USA Inc. / Herr-Voss Stamco, is a leading designer and manufacturer of quality metal strip processing and mill equipment is seeking a first shift Shop Electrican at the Callery, PA location
Responsibilities:
· Read blueprints, wiring diagrams or technical diagrams
· Install and maintain wiring and lighting systems
· Install, maintain, modify and repair all electrical distribution systems
· Maintain and repair equipment and Allen Bradley/ Siemens controls
· Inspect electrical components
· Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices
· Follow state and local building regulations
· Perform preventative maintenance
· Complete work orders and record material utilized on jobs
· Run computer cables, connect computer jacks and plugs and test
· Survey electrical systems, circuits and plans
Requirements:
· High school diploma/GED required
· 3 - 5 years experience in the electrical trade preferred
· Able to work well on a team
· Capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50
· Excellent hand-eye coordination
· Demonstrable knowledge and skills for electrical installation, maintenance and repair of electrical system
· Previous experience with 460 Voltage
· Strong interpersonal communication skills
